About Buy & Try Offer
After the purchase, if you are NOT satisfied with the product, then you need to follow the below steps:
- Visit nearest Croma Store’s Customer Service Desk & register a complaint OR call on Croma Customer Care at 7207-666-000
- Croma Service Technician will visit your location & uninstall the TV
- You needs to hand over all the accessories, carton box & all packing material of Main Product & Accessories to the Croma Service Technician
- Freebie (if any) also needs to be handed over to Croma Service Technician
- Croma Service Technician will pack the uninstalled TV at your location for Croma’s Logistics team to pick up
- You need to ensure that the repacked TV is not opened or fidgeted with – else, the offer will become void
- Refund request will be generated by the Croma Store & you will receive the refund as per policy
Below Conditions need to be maintained before Refund:
- All accessories are returned back with no physical damage
- If any freebie has been availed with the main product, even the freebie needs to be returned back with no physical damage
- The main TV unit needs to be maintained, product should not have any scratches or should be physically damaged
- You need to raise the concern within 14 days from the date of purchase to avail refund from Croma
- Box and all packing material of main product, accessories & freebie products (if any) have to be maintained for this 14 day period
- Original Invoice Copy needs to be presented
- This offer will be applicable only on product bought from croma.com and Croma Stores
- No exceptions will be allowed due to delay in delivery or installation (ones asked for by you for your personal reasons, only the date of invoice will be considered)
- The right to reject the product lies with Croma and the technical team.
